This handsome 2-year-old Shepherd/Staffordshire Terrier mix has been waiting patiently for over a year to find his forever home. Weighing about 85 pounds, Arlo is a big boy with an even bigger heart. Arlo came to us as a stray and has learned so much during his time in our care. He knows many basic commands, walks beautifully on leash, and is a pro at attending adoption events—meeting all kinds of people with his happy tail and charming smile. He loves to play with his best gal, Clementine, and would do best with another dog who can keep up with his fun, rough-and-tumble play style. But Arlo would also be perfectly happy soaking up all the attention as your one-and-only! Arlo rides wonderfully in the car and, during a temporary home stay, proved to be non-destructive and excellent in his crate. Everyone who meets him instantly falls in love—but somehow, this amazing boy is still waiting for his chance. Arlo has so much love, loyalty, and joy to give—he just needs someone to give him the chance he deserves.
