Dog Breed: Boxer. Hi! My name is Bella XV! I am a beautiful 8 year old flashy fawn lady who is learning the ropes of my foster home! Previous chapters of my life included my owner getting sick, passing away, and their family unable to care for me. I lived with a boxer brother for 7 years and he also passed away last year. Despite all I've been through, I'm a spunky little sprite with a classic boxer wiggle butt of excitement! I am inquisitive, expressive, love beds, soft treats, blankets, and snuggling! I have spurts of playful energy but love following up with a nice snuggle nap. I am house trained and currently learning crate training manners. I sleep in the crate at night but I would be even happier to sleep with the humans if given the chance! I enjoy people and other dogs! There are resident dogs in my foster home and I do well with them! When I want to play, I will play bow and engage the other dogs. When the female is rude to me, I do not react to her and will walk away from any annoying space invasion of younger dogs. I live with an 8 year old kid and do not jump on him, love receiving pets, kisses, and snuggles! I have been respectful when meeting and mingling with neighbors of all ages! I have had exposure to a cat and it was not welcoming, swatting twice at me. I wasn't bothered and just walked off and laid down not engaging the cat again. I have a 5 star review on my leash training manners when walking daily. I am most recently learning that it's not ladylike to take things off the counter after shredding a grocery list.
