Dog Breed: Hound / Boxer / Mixed. A SUPER SWEET GIRL: Approx. 3 years old / Approx. 28 lbs. Hi, my name is Seraphina! Mostly Mutts rescued me from animal control, and I enjoyed the care and love from all the nice volunteers and am now in a wonderful foster home while I wait to find my furever family. I hear it’s time for me to find them now! Would you like a new best friend? Come meet me soon! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I met other dogs at Mostly Mutts and liked them. There is also a dog in my foster home, and we play great together! I’m also polite to dogs I pass on my walks, so if you have a nice dog at home already, let’s meet! / Cats unknown. / I am best buddies with the 8-year-old twin girls who live in my foster home, as well as their friends who visit – ranging in age from 5-9 years old so if you have kids around those ages, let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: My foster says I am ‘an all-around amazing dog’, with a super sweet, well-behaved and happy nature. When I was at the shelter the volunteers describe me as an ‘oh so sweet girl with a gentle spirit’. Though a bit timid at first, I have opened up and am showing my lovable and curious side. It’s a great combination for a wonderful companion-to-be. ‘Lovely, playful, and fun’ are some additional things they say about me. When you met me, I am sure that you will agree! I’m a happy girl with an equally happy trot in my walk. / My energy level is 4-6. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: In my foster home, I know the ‘sit’, ‘shake’ and ‘leave it’ commands so far and I’m sure you can teach me even more! My foster thinks I may have had a male figure around who was “in command” because when I’m on the couch and my foster dad walks in the room, I’ll jump right off. / I have good crate manners in my foster home and go in it with no whining or barking and sometimes on my own to take a nap. / Though I was having a few accidents on the shelter schedule, my potty habits have been very good in my foster home, so hopefully that will be the case in my new home, too. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I always enjoy being with my people and love a fun play session with toys and a little run around the yard. Affection is my game, as I love to give kisses in exchange for belly rubs! I’m happiest when I can be with my people such as following my foster mom around and keeping her company during the day while she works – I’ll just curl up in my bed next to her desk. / The sprayer startled me during my shelter bath, but all was well when my bather turned down the pressure. Then, it was all about rubs and scrubs – which I loved. I can’t think of any other dislikes, though I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise and training. • MEDICAL: I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed. I am looking for a wonderful home where I will be a much-loved family member! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
