Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: 500.00. Oscar found himself unwanted on the streets of Mexico. We said yes so he was taken to a holding "foster" before he travels here to Minnesota. He is great with other dogs, and people, but cats are unknown. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training to be successful. Oscar is the sweetest boy you could possibly meet! He traveled all the way here from Mexico, and he blends right in to any situation--he likes all dogs, big, small, old, young. The same goes for people--he doesn't meet anyone he doesn't love. He enjoys walks, even though being on a leash is a new concept for him! Oscar loves cuddles, sitting right next to you and getting pets, playing with toys, and napping. He is 100% house trained but doesn't like a kennel. It's ok, though, because he is just fine being left out to roam when you are gone. He will likely just find a nice spot to curl up in and nap. Oscar is about two years old and a smart boy--he is learning new things every day, like going up and down stairs!
