I call her Sunny, she truly brightens my day. She is learning to trust humans. She will take treats from me, and I am able to pet her. She likes to hang out in the corner, but she really wants to come out and be with the rest of us. Sunny would benefit from a home without small kids. She is the sweetest girl, but needs someone with lots of patience who will give her the time she needs to warm up to someone new. She is not housebroken yet. She is currently eating a low-calorie dog food as she needs to lose a few pounds. Again, she just needs a very patient person to give her a home. 9/2/25 Foster Feedback:. ​ One word to describe Sunshine Sparklebottom is scared. She is starting to warm up to me but needs time, lots of it . She needs a special someone who will be patient with her, preferably in a quieter home .I would not recommend small children. Sunshine Sparklebottom isn’t interested in my dogs, but doesn’t seem to be bothered by them . She likes the safety of her crate with door left open. I haven’t heard her bark, but she doesn’t like loud noises. She is not close to being housebroken but uses a pee pad. Sunshine has not had the best past, but I know that with the right person she can have a great future! I haven’t had a tail wag from her but I am hopeful!
