Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Australian Shepherd / Mixed (medium coat). Adoption Fee: 550. Meet Stewart, a Lab/Aussie mix who was born around July 10th. Stewart and his littermates came to us after their mom rejected his litter. After ample TLC, he is now ready to find his furever home. Stewart is the best of both worlds in the puppy world. He's up for some rough n tumble play, can be life of the party, but looks forward to snuggling up with his humans and littermates most. Stewart adjusts himself to his surroundings well. He can be rowdy with his sister Fiona or delicately pounce with his sister Willow. Stewart is everything puppy and will need a patient owner willing to dedicate time, structure and consistency so he can flourish. He has been socialized with kids, dogs and cats and has done well with all. He currently sleeps in a pen with his siblings and is doing great using pee pads. During the day and during outdoor play time, he will happily go potty outside. He is working in the right direction with potty training, but has a ways to go. He is in his mouthy era and will need patience as he outgrows his teething. He is redirected easily with toys to help minimize his teething.
