Dog Breed: Terrier / Chihuahua / Mixed (medium coat). Adoption Fee: 375.. Itsy bitsy teeny weeny DUMPLING is ready to find a home. This scruffy little guy is 9-10 weeks old and around 3 pounds. His mama is little 9 pound scruffy girl Mara and daddy is unknown but we suspect either Kash or Koda, chiweenie-type mixes who came from the same home, could be daddy to Dumpling. Dumpling appears to be a mixy mix of a number of small mixed breeds. Our best guess at adult weight is anywhere between 9 and 15 pounds. Dumpling is playful, loves his toys and playtime and loves to snuggle. Dumpling would love to find a home with another playful, friendly small dog or two. Tiny pups like Dumpling are very fragile, so we'd prefer not to send him to a home with small children or big dogs. He's already housebroken provided he gets outside every few hours and is well behaved in his crate. Dumpling will go to a furever home on an extended trial basis, his adoption will be finalized when all of the vetting covered by his adoption fee is completed. He must go to a home in the greater CIncinnati area in order to accommodate appointments wtih our veterinarian. If you would like to adopt Dumpling, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. Dumpling will not be attending adoption events. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.
