Dog Breed: Chihuahua. A FUN & BUSY LITTLE GUY: Approx. 7 years old / Approx. 10 lbs. Hi, I’m Rigby! Mostly Mutts rescued me from animal control, and I sure am happy about that! I needed bloodwork and a good dental cleaning when I arrived and I've had those now, thanks to a generous grant from the Grey Muzzle Organization! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I met some dogs recently at Mostly Mutts and although I didn’t want to play with them, I was interested and a bit intense at first, but I didn’t show any aggression. If you have a nice dog at home, let’s meet and see if we can be pals. / Cats unknown. / I met two nice boys around 10 years old at Mostly Mutts and liked them, so a home with kids ages 10 and up could be a good fit for me. Let’s meet! • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m a super sweet fellow with a big personality and an even bigger love for treats! I’ve got lots of playful energy, but I also enjoy being held and soaking up some snuggles. Bath time was no problem for me — I was such a good dog and even leaned into the attention. I’m friendly, fun, and full of life, always ready to play and bring smiles with my lively, happy spirit. / Energy level: 5-7. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I'm in the Mostly Mutts University training program and have already mastered the ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘come’, and ‘leave it’ commands as well as how to accept friendly strangers without jumping. I also know how to ‘spin’ too! I look forward to learning even more! / I’m doing well in my crate at Mostly Mutts. / I’ve been having some accidents on the shelter schedule, so perhaps I need to go outside a little more frequently. Keep me on a good schedule with treat rewards and hopefully I’ll master this soon. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I love treats, playing with toys, and having fun with the volunteers and I just know we’ll discover even more things we’ll enjoy doing together! / I can’t think of any dislikes though I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL: I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and neutered. My teeth are nice and clean, too, since I’ve had a dental cleaning. I’m a fun little dog looking for a fun family! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
