Dog Breed: Dachshund / Chihuahua / Mixed. Available for Adoption! Meet Luigi – a wonderful young furbaby who was found as a stray in the Pinetop area. We’re so happy to have him in our rescue! From day one, Luigi fit right into our pack and routine — he’s truly a gem. This sweet boy is quiet, easygoing, affectionate, and incredibly well-mannered. He’s obedient, gentle, and can even entertain himself when needed. Luigi would make a perfect addition to any family — he’s confident and playful, happy to follow the pack but just as content being independent. Some of Luigi’s favorite things include: Gently playing with his ball and toys, Snuggling on the couch during movie time, Giving his paw in greeting & Sharing sweet, gentle kisses. Luigi is crate trained, potty trained, doggy door trained, leash trained, knows basic commands such as come, sit, down, leave it and fetch. He’s been exposed to chickens, horses, and he gets along great with kids, cats, and all dogs. Luigi truly is the total package – fun, friendly, and full of love. If you're looking for an easygoing companion with a heart of gold, Luigi might just be your perfect match. He has had a vet visit, is neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated, DHPP & Bordetella, had a 4 DX test (testing for Lyme disease and two types of tick-borne illnesses), flea/tick/heartworm prevention (Nexgard Plus), two dewormings, and a fecal test. Adopters will receive all original paperwork, a 14-day health guarantee, a collar, harness, leash, seatbelt lock, and a week's worth of food. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are by appointment only. We are located in Mesa near Gilbert/Brown & offer flexible hours for meet-and-greet appointments.
