Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Shih Tzu / Mixed. Sweet playful puppy. Owner said she is 1/4 Chihuahua, 1/4 Maltese and 1/2 Shih Tzu. She is too young to be spayed, so she will have to go on a foster to adopt contract until this is done.
