When I first left the shelter, I was convinced the world was one big, scary place, best observed from behind a strategically placed houseplant. But thanks to some very patient humans and a lovely foster home, I’ve slowly come out of my shell and realized that being a silly puppy is actually kind of fantastic. While I’m still a little shy around men and new folks, I promise that once you’re in my circle, I will love you with the kind of devotion that makes romantic poets look lazy. Indoors, I’m a lover of peace and quiet, the kind of calm presence that makes you want to curl up with a good book and me by your side. But open that back door and poof—suddenly I’m a four-legged celebration of joy, running around with the joyful abandon of a pup who’s just realized grass is amazing. I was born around August 2024, and I adore cats, and I’m polite with other dogs (just give me a minute to properly introduce myself). I’m house and crate trained, which means I won’t redecorate your living room or throw wild parties while you’re out. I rarely bark, even at the mailman—I’m more of a “watch from the window and judge his fashion choices” kind of girl. I’m sweet, soulful, and secretly silly. I love hugs, kisses, and quiet companionship. If you’re looking for a dog who’s part philosopher, part introvert, and part backyard sprinter, I’m ready to turn your home into the happiest place on earth!
