Dog Breed: Dachshund / Terrier / Mixed. Lovely Scarlet joined Homeward Bound after a lady came home from work one day and found she and two of her-older puppies, almost a year, on her front porch. It was obvious that she was expecting another litter of puppies at almost time. A foster mom volunteered to take her and her two older puppies to her house and sure enough within a few days Scarlet had a litter of five beautiful puppies. Now all of her puppies, including the two older ones have been adopted and started their forever lives with good families. It’s Scarlett’s time now. She is an adorable loyal, loving young lady whom we think is about four years old and is a dachshund mix.She is in the process of completing her vetting, which includes microchip, spay, and all vaccinations. Scarlet is heartworm negative and has begun on monthly preventatives.
