Description

Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Mixed (medium coat). Mathilda is a gorgeous gal with striking cream colored spots and floppy ears. She is friendly and easy-going with people. When Mathilda first arrived we introduced her to some of our social dogs and she did just fine. But the stress of shelter life has been hard on her, and we recently have not been able to successfully introduce her to other dogs, as she started being quite reactive towards other dogs. She could possibly live with another dog if her owner is willing to do slow introductions over a matter of weeks, moving at the pace that all the dogs are comfortable, or she may prefer to be your one and only dog. She has been reactive toward cats, so may do best in a home without them.
