Dog Breed: Maltese / Mixed (long coat). Meet Zadie! She is sweet, energetic, and social- a great companion for families that like to include their dogs when they go out and about. She is out of the initial puppy phase, but is still young. Having been born in November 2024, she is still young and a more energetic dog than her original owners were wanting, but we think she is fabulous. Zadie would do best in a home with people that can include her in a lot of their activities, school aged children, and a yard with secure fencing for her to run around in. She can be a little intimidated by some dogs, but would probably do well with a calm, friendly small dog. She has not lived with cats before, but may be okay with a confident cat.
