Dog Breed: Pit Bull Terrier / Labrador Retriever / Mixed. Hey! I'm Tadpole and I'm so happy to meet you! I'm an approximately 1 year old, male, Pit mix. I was found off 550 and Stoneleigh in Heath on 09/09/2025 and brought to the shelter on 09/10/2025. Sadly, I was never reclaimed but that doesn't stop my smile! I can't wait to find my new home. I am social and friendly and love playing in water. I appear to get along well with other dogs, but if you have a furry friend in the home, a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure we get along. I am still pretty young, so I will need some help with learning house training and basic commands. My adoption fee is $125 and that includes my neuter, microchip, rabies vaccination, basic boosters, and heartworm test. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
