Cupcake showed up at the animal shelter with three siblings in Kern with no microchip or identification and no one ever came looking for them. When we learned about them and knew they'd be at risk due to overcrowding at the shelter, we got them the heck outta there. So far we can say Cupcake is very sweet and seems to be your typical puppy. Since Cupcake is new to the rescue, we're still getting to know a bit more about him. So far the reviews have been GREAT.
