She’s an energetic girl who loves to run, hike, and chase toys—the perfect companion for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle. Jasmine is also incredibly athletic and can jump or climb low gates, so she’ll need a home with secure fencing. Despite her bouncy personality, Jasmine is a total lovebug. She’s great with dogs of all sizes, cats, and kids, and has shown no food aggression. She’s even gentle with kittens! While she’s very friendly, she sometimes takes a little time to fully warm up to new people, likely due to some rough handling in her past—but once she trusts you, her heart is all yours. Jasmine is treat-motivated, has an excellent appetite (peanut butter is her new favorite!), and is eager to learn. She’s comfy on leash but still perfecting her manners, and she’ll thrive with continued guidance. Because she has some separation anxiety, Jasmine will need a patient and loving family to help her feel secure in her new home.
