Despite her long stay, she remains affectionate, gentle, and ready to give her whole heart to the right person. She loves people, thrives on attention, and her calm energy makes her a joy to be around. Volunteers describe her as “the perfect cuddle size” and say she lights up when it’s her turn for a walk, she’s wonderful on the leash calm and easy to leash up, also knows basic commands. Powder deserves her chance to leave the kennel behind and finally experience the love, stability, and comfort of a forever home.
