Dog Breed: Cocker Spaniel (medium coat). Meet Calvin! This joyful, wiggly sweetheart is ready to start his next chapter. Calvin came to us as a breeder surrender, and since entering rescue, he’s been discovering the big, beautiful world around him—one tail wag at a time. At around 2–3 years old, Calvin is soaking up new experiences like a sponge. He’s working hard on house and kennel training, learning to play with toys, and getting comfortable meeting new people. He’s making wonderful progress, but he’ll thrive in a home that offers patience, love, and gentle guidance as he continues to blossom. Calvin was recently neutered and had a dental procedure, where he lost a few teeth—but that hasn’t dimmed his dazzling smile one bit. Just look at that handsome face! He gets along well with other dogs and has been perfectly polite with the cats in his foster home, preferring to ignore them altogether. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a heart full of potential and a tail that never stops wagging, Calvin might just be your perfect match To help pay for vet bills and care (transportation, food, toys, etc..) a $300 donation is requested at the time of adoption. All of our adoptions are contingent upon an approved application, home visit, reference check, obedience training agreement, and signing of adoption contract. All our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped before adoption. Our dogs are companion animals that live indoors as part of your family. Please do not apply if your plan is to have them as outside dogs, garage dogs, porch dogs or outside kennel dogs. We do not ship dogs. All of our dogs are in private foster homes. We are not a shelter with hours. A visit can be arranged after an adoption questionnaire has been filled out and sent in. Please try to email first.
