Dog Breed: Dachshund / Retriever / Mixed (medium coat). Joey is a 22 lb., 1 year old handsome guy. He came to us as a surrender to the rescue. He is a very good boy and loves all the dogs he meets. He walks well on leash, is good in the car, loves to play with toys and the other dog in his foster home. Plus playing chase and laying in the sun in his foster homes back yard. He has learned a couple commands, but as always; we do highly recommend positive reinforcement training to insure a well behaved and well-rounded puppy/dog. This super happy guy is looking for his forever family. The adoption fee is $500 which includes: spay/neuter, microchipping with registration, up to date on vaccines, rabies vaccine (for dogs and pups over 4 months at time of alter), deworming, and topical flea treatment application (as needed).
