We haven't seen her cats but are happy to discuss integration techniques with any interested adopters. We would caution adopters with children due to Elsie's shyness. Currently Living at: South Carolina shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here! Special adoption considerations: Because Elsie is shy, she needs to go to a home with a confident, welcoming resident dog who will show her the ropes. Elsie is Looking For: Hiya! I'm Elsie. My brother Elbie and I have enjoyed growing up together but now we're ready to split up and get our own families.
