We haven't seen him with cats but are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters. We would caution adopters with children due to Elbie's shyness. Currently Living at: South Carolina shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here! Special adoption considerations: Because Elbie is shy, he needs to go to a home with a confident, welcoming resident dog who will show him the ropes. Elbie is Looking For: Hiya! I'm Elbie.
