Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Mixed (short coat). Delia is an itty bitty guy at only 4 pounds. He is about 15 years old and was recently rescued from a shelter in TX. Sampson is now in a foster home with a wonderful foster mom who is giving him the time and patience he needs right now. As we find out more about Sampson, we will update his bio. He did come from a home with another small dog & they were fine together. His eyes are cloudy and he may not have any teeth but considering his age, he is in pretty good health.
