Dog Breed: Coonhound. ***SENIOR***Sweet Mabel came from an overwhelmend shelter in SC to find a second chance at life. Shs is a medium-sized adult hound who loves people and is great with other dogs. She is a sweetheart who loves to relax on the sofa rather than to play and engage in typical hound-like hijinx. Unlike most hounds, she does not bark a lot. Mabel is great with people, dogs, and potentially cats. She is a wonderful, calm five-year-old girl, who cannot wait to find her forever home! Mabel rides well in the car and loves an adventure. Her walks are about the sniffs and saying hello to her fellow dogs - hounds and others alike! She is in doggie playgroup during the day and loves to socialize. Really, Mabel just wants a slow walk, snuggles, and a ray of sunshine through a window to warm her as she sleeps!
