Meet the stunning Sapphire—aka “Saffie”! This precious gem is a three-year-old Doberdane (a mix between a Doberman Pinscher and a Great Dane). Saffie’s sweet personality matches her radiant beauty! She’s friendly and playful when meeting new people and is described as a goofy, gentle giant. We’re pleased to report that she gets along well with the adults, visiting children, fellow dogs (and even cats!) in her foster home. Saffie’s foster recommends a home with older children who can handle the size and potential clumsiness of this fun-loving, large breed dog. Saffie is a sporty girl and truly shines with outdoor activities like walks and hikes, fetch and backyard play. She’s calm and quiet in her crate but also needs plenty of exercise and a healthy diet to help her gain the weight she needs. She hopes her fur-ever family will be patient, kind, and as ready to work on house manners as they are to cuddle on the couch!
