Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Dachshund / Mixed. **FOSTER ONLY** PAW needs a foster in order to bring Ginger and Pepper to Maryland! Ginger is a Chihuahua-Dachshund mix. Ginger will be arriving neutered and fully vetted with his sister, Pepper, both of whom are two years old, and will arrive from a partner rescue in southern Virginia. From the current rescue: "Ginger is quite the little love bug and enjoys running in the yard with Pepper. He is usually the first one over looking for attention and love. Ginger is not a big eater and will often save part of his meals for later. He is not a big fan of toys, but will chew on a Benebone from time to time. Ginger is truly a people-dog and loves to jump on a lap for one-on-one snuggles." Bigger dogs can make Ginger nervous, but smaller dogs are welcome playmates.
