Description
Dog Breed: Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler (medium coat). Donavon is a fun-loving chonky boy who loves running around and meeting new friends in playgroups. He has lived with dogs, cats, and kids in the past. He finds tennis balls exciting, although hasnât mastered bringing them back so heâs no fetch-pro. He knows sit and paw and will definitely work for snacks. We would call his blue eyes piercing, but weâd be lying. He looks like he sees dead people. Are you into chasing ghosts? Need a buddy to join you on your paranormal investigations? Want something more entertaining than the classic EMF reader for detecting spirits? Try taking Donavon along. Heâs more entertaining than electronics, softer than all your other ghost hunting gear, and he always looks slightly haunted, so even if you donât sense anything- Donavon looks like heâs seen some demons. Donavon is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and weighs 75lbs (we weren't kidding about the chonk)

Breed overview

Overview:
A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.
