Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Mixed. Meet Fluffy! Fluffy is a sweet and adventurous 7-year-old pup with a heart full of love and a passion for the great outdoors! He came to the rescue with Demodex mange, but after receiving the proper treatment and care, he’s well on his way to a full recovery. Though he’s still working on growing his fur back, his personality shines brighter every day. Fluffy is house and crate trained and gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and kids—making him the perfect addition to any family. He’s a gentle soul who loves to cuddle, but he’s also very active and would do well in a home where he can go on frequent walks and outings. Fluffy loves adventures, though he's still learning his leash manners and has been getting better every day. With a little patience, he’ll be your ideal walking buddy. If you’re looking for a fun, loving companion with an adventurous spirit and a lot of love to give, Fluffy might just be the perfect match for you! We receive many applications and many never respond after processing GREATLY delaying the pets forever home. Please only apply if you are serious about adopting. Please also make sure your pets are up to date on you species applicable Vaccines (rabies, Distemper/Parvo, FVRCP, Bordetella), spayed/neutered, and on Heartworm prevention if a canine. The adoption fee includes their age appropriate vaccinations(DA2PP and Bordetella), Dewormer, spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm test as well as the registration of their microchip information to you. The first step to adopting is to fill out an application for adoption. Once approved we will arrange a time for you to meet the animal you are interested in. If it is a match the adoption can then be completed and you can take home your new furry family member. If it is not a match we will file your approved application and you can wait till you find the perfect match.
