This sweet, snorty meatball is built like a fudgy donut hole - rich coffee brown with a powdered sugar bib and the most charming smile you’ll ever see. His life hasn’t been the easiest (cropped ears, a crooked tail, and some sensitive skin from past neglect), but you’d never know it from his wiggly joy and eagerness to love. Mario is strong-willed but deeply affectionate, and he thrives with calm, gentle people who’ll give him time to decompress and settle in. He may do well with other dogs after slow introductions, but no cats please - and he'd likely be happiest in an adult or teen-only home. If you're looking for a deeply loyal little shadow with sweet, snuffly snorts for days, Mario’s definitely your guy! ✨ -2 year old brown and cream Bulldog mix -60 pound neutered male -Up to date on all shots and preventatives, so ready to go home with you today! -Came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 8/27/25 as a stray -Handsome little lowrider, with the most charming beefy build! -Short and stout, with a rich coffee brown coat with a little white bib, like a fudgy donut hole sprinkled in powdered sugar -May have sensitive skin, as he came in with flea dermatitis -Life hasn't always been kind - has short cropped ears and a crooked tail, like it was broken at some point, but not tended to -This history doesn't hold Mario back though - he is the sweetest, smiliest little meatball you'll ever meet! -Makes the most adorable little snorts, like a snuffly, wuffly, piggy -Strong willed, but will eagerly connect with you and bond close; especially if you can provide a calm and gentle home for him to decompress and settle into his best self -Unknown how he does with other dogs, but with slow, appropriate intros, could be a wonderful little brother to other pups you may already have! -However, probably no cats, and may do best with teens and adults only MARIO’S VIDEO: youtube/shorts/XSV3RxAqSZI For more information, contact volunteer Lisa at lisaaunitedhopeforanimals ------- United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals.
