Please contact Chandler Jaffe (chandler.jaffeluckydoganimalrescue) for more information about this pet. sweet momma needs a forever home! BETH NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!! Come meet Beth and other great adoptable dogs this Sunday (11/9) from 12-3 pm at the PetSmart in Rockville, MD (5154 Nicholson Ln, Kensington, MD 20895)! Name: Beth Best Guess for Breed: Lab/spaniel mix Best Guess for Age: 2 years as of 9/19/25 SEX: female Approximate Weight: 25lbs as of 9/19/25 Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen them with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters! Currently Living at: DC area foster home Check out Beth's instagram: noma.luckydogs Special adoption considerations: Beth is a truly Lucky Dog. She tested positive for heartworms, but landed in a place where heartworm treatment is provided! Heartworm is not contagious to people or other pets, but results from mosquito bites. Heartworm, if left untreated, is life threatening, but after treatment, dogs that were heartworm positive should suffer no significant long-term effects so long as they are kept on a monthly heartworm preventative. Heartworm dogs can resume full active and normal lives, but need to be kept calm for 4-6 weeks after treatment. We are happy to discuss where in the treatment process this Lucky Dog is in right now! Just email the adoption coordinator - the address is at lower left! Beth is Looking For: Her forever home! She did an amazing job of raising her babies. Now, Beth is eager to have her own humans for sniffy walks and romps in the park and all the adventures her humans can dream up. What My Foster Says About Me: Beth is a very sweet and curious girl! She loves to go on sniffy walks and play with other dogs at the dog park. At home, she loves to cuddle and flop over for belly rubs. If you are working from home, Beth is always happy to quietly take a nap near you while you focus on work! She is a great eater and is getting used to her crate. Beth has not had any accidents so far and is very good at letting you know when she would like to go outside. She’s a cute, wiggly little dog and would be a great addition to any home! Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training. TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $475, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations, spay/neuter, and heartworm treatment.
