Currently Living at: South Carolina shelter - needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here! Penny is Looking For: Her forever home! Through no fault of her own she landed in the shelter and she's eager to once again have her own humans. Long sniffy walks, romps in parks, all the adventures they can dream up - yes, please! Making pup pals along the way is on her wish list as well, along with quality kibble and a cushy dog bed. And at the end of a fun day together - cuddles.
