Beto isn’t aggressive—he’s just shy and unsure around new people and situations. He thrives in peaceful environments with predictable routines and would do best in a home without young children, as sudden movements or noise can be overwhelming for him. What Beto Needs: Another friendly dog: He feels most secure around other dogs and would do best with a confident canine companion to show him the ropes. A home with a fenced yard: A safe outdoor space will give him freedom and comfort. Patient, experienced adopters: Or people willing to learn and support a fearful dog. He’s had a 4 DX test (testing for Lyme disease and two types of tick-borne illnesses), flea/tick/heartworm prevention (Nexgard Plus), two dewormings, and 2 fecal test. Adopters will receive all original paperwork, a 14-day health guarantee, a collar, harness, leash, seatbelt lock, and a week's worth of food. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are by appointment only. We are located in Mesa near Gilbert/Brown & offer flexible hours for meet-and-greet appointments.
