Pet Description: Farkle is a male, seven-months old as of mid Sep, should be in the 50 lb range when fully grown. Just a great pup, found as a stray. Farkle was adopted but seemed to be scared of men - was fine with all women that met him but rather freaked out and growly towards men. We have changed to no small children as he showed some resource guarding over a baby's squeeky toy so lets keep it at teens and above. Now the transition for a pup that has kind of grown up in the Shelter can be a tough one so we have no doubt all of this can be worked through and likely in short order though would never expect anyone to 'work through' this with an infant. Love to play, great with other pups, looking for a family to call his own. DOG ADOPTION FEE is $100. This Adoption fee includes: mandatory spay/neuter which will be done before you can take your dog or puppy home with you; basic canine immunizations (DHPP-CPV & Bordatella Intranasal); de-wormings; one-year rabies vaccination if old enough; heartworm test if over five months old; microchip from 24-Pet Watch; certificate for free health examination at your participating veterinarian; and a goodie bag chocked full of information, toys, and more. (If a dog is sponsored or has a waived or lower fee, that info will be provided at the point of adoption to the approved adopter).
