Dog Breed: Jack Russell Terrier (Parson Russell Terrier) / Mixed (short coat). Fancy is a 9yo adorable girl who was adopted from us over 8 years ago. We stay out if human drama so all we know is this fantastic senior needs a forever home. She is smart and loving and has a real zest for life. She really appears to have it pretty good for many many years. She is housetrained and crate trained. She wouls make a great apartment dog. She walks great on a leash and does not pull. Fancy deserves an amazing life. Fancy is fostered with other dogs. But in her heart she wants to be an only dog. ~~ Adoption donation  donation $300. All vetting is up to date. A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds.
