Dog Breed: Terrier / Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat). ZARA HAS NOT COMPLETED HER VETTING AND WILL NOT BE SPAYED UNTIL MID-OCTOBER 2025. APPLICATIONS ARE ONLY BEING ACCEPTED FROM WITHIN A 30 MINUTE RADIUS OF DES MOINES UNTIL AFTER SHE HAS BEEN SPAYED. Zara is an approximate 3-month-old, 12 lbs., possible Pitbull/Staffordshire Terrier mix. She and her siblings came from Oklahoma where there were in pretty rough shape before they were rescued. They were malnourished and had skin infection that has been remedied with a nutritious diet and lots of love! Hi, I'm Zara! I'm just a puppy, but I already know that life is all about fun, cuddles, and making friends. I love when people scratch behind my ears—it's the best! I'm always ready to play or settle down for a sweet snuggle. Everyone says I'm a bundle of joy because I greet everyone with tail wags and puppy kisses.
