Dog Breed: American Pit Bull Terrier / Weimaraner / Mixed (short coat). Whippa is a velvety gray stunner who is looking for a new home. Whippa is now in a NJ foster home but we are seeking a new cat free foster home for her. Whippa is a very friendly girl with lots of energy. She is very loving and does well with other dogs though she can play rough so she should be paired with a dog of equal energy or as the only dog in the home. She is very interested in the resident cat, so I would suggest no cats for this sweet girl. We are guessing on her breeds? She likely has lab, weimaraner and pitty in her, maybe some hound too. She is a sweetie who loves to snuggle but loves to run and play too. She likes car rides and walks nicely on a leash, most of the time. Whippa is up to date on vaccines and microchipped. We will work to schedule her spay asap. Her adoption is $450. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption.
