Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Mixed (short coat). Dewy is a cute boy who is looking for a new home. He's currently with a partner shelter in NC, but hoping to come to NJ if we find a foster or adopter. We do offer a foster to adopt trial for approved adopters. Dewy is very friendly boy and loves everyone he meets! Shelter staff say he has such a great personality, he's smart, and enjoys training. Dewy has a moderately higher energy level, but calms down and loves to be loved on. He's submissive, affectionate and loves to snuggle. Dewy is walking great on leash and has done really well meeting other dogs. Dewy is fixed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. His adoption fee will be $550. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption.
