Mochi is a sweet, tail-wagging, delightful girl, she seeks out attention and is very sociable, affectionate, and wants to climb in your lap. She is completely thrilled to be outside and to feel the soft grass under her feet and will sit for treats and takes them nicely. She walks well on a leash. She loves toys and other dogs. This sweet girl would dearly love to end up in a home with a soft cushy, doggy bed snuggled up to a person who would love her forever—that’s what her dreams are made of! She is smart and motivated to learn routines. Can you find it in your heart to make her dreams come true by networking her or if you are missing a member of your family, she would love to meet you! Meet Mochi! Mochi was abandoned on the streets about to give birth any minute, a kind person picked her up from the street and took her to the shelter where she delivered three adorable babies the next day. Two boys and a girl, Strawberry , Chocolate Chip and Rocky Road. The shelter sent out an urgent plea to rescue for Mochi and her little family, since the shelter is no place to raise a family. Legacy Humane Society stepped in, and this adorable little family are in a loving foster home and are doing great! Mochi is a beautiful Chihuahua mix, a small petite girl with a white chest, 4 tan socks on all four feet, soulful brown eyes, adorable expressive ears, and a tail that is always wagging. She weighs 9 pounds and is 5 years old. She is house and crate trained, walks on a leash and is very friendly and sweet with everyone. Mochi is good with other dogs and loves to explore the neighborhood on walks and relax with her foster mom on the couch. She is looking for a family where she will be a loved member of the family forever. The adoption fee is $275.00 and covers her spay, vaccinations, de-wormer, first dose of heartworm preventative and microchip. She is heartworm negative.
