Dog Breed: Shih Tzu. Jeffrey is a 3-year-old white and grey Shih Tzu who’s as sweet as he is snuggly. Recently given a short haircut to remove heavy matting from his time as a stray, his coat will grow back beautifully with a little care. Housetrained and a perfect little gentleman on leash walks, he adores curling up in your lap and entertaining himself by tossing and carrying around his favorite plushie toys.
