BUCKY - POINTER / HOUND / MIXED DOG FOR ADOPTION

Dog Breed: Pointer / Hound / Mixed. ***Bucky is currently located at our rescue in Georgia. He is scheduled to be transported to New Jersey and be available for adoption at the Tractor Supply in Ringoes over the Oct. 11-12 weekend. An application for his adoption should be submitted at socorescue (no need to Register or Login). Questions about Bucky and/or our adoption policy should be sent to socorescue8gmail; please do not call the rescue's number.***` Bucky began his life just like so many other puppies within our area. His mom was a pregnant stray that wandered onto someone's property and delivered her litter. Initially there were Evelyn pups but the runt did not survive due to the mom being undernourished herself. The mom (pictured) is now with the people who found her and has since been spayed, thanks to the Fix GA Pets program. Bucky and his nine siblings have been at our rescue since the beginning of September. If you give Bucky one inch of your heart, he'll end up taking a mile's worth of it! With his very friendly and playful personality, Bucky will quickly engrave lots of love into your heart and become one of the best dogs you have ever know. He'll do great sharing a home with another dog and children who are responsible enough to handle a dog. Since he enjoys running and playing, he should also be provided plenty of space to do so. Prior to his adoption, Bucky will have received all three of his first year "puppy" vaccinations, de-wormings and other preventative care. He is scheduled to be neutered on Oct 3rd as well, removing that expense and obligation from his potential adopter. He will, however. require all of his basic training which should come very easy for this seemingly highly intelligent pup.
