Description
Dog Breed: Pit Bull Terrier (medium coat). Hi! Iâm Coco and let me just tell you, Iâm so happy to meet you! Seriously, are you ready to be best friends? Because I am. Like, right now. Iâm a pitbull with a big olâ heart and an even bigger wiggle when I see people. I love attention... the more, the better. You want to pet me? Yes, please. Talk to me in a silly voice? Iâm all ears (and tail wags). Sit on the couch? Oh good, I was hoping youâd say that. Iâll just climb right into your lap, even if itâs already full. Iâm kind of a pro at snuggles. Playtime? Oh yeah. Give me a toy and Iâll bounce around like Iâm on springs. But after playtime? You know Iâm curling up next to you for a nap. Bonus points if you let me rest my head on your chest. And letâs not forget treats. I love treats. Crunchy ones, chewy ones, peanut butter anything. Most of all, I just love being with my people. If youâre around, Iâm happy. Thatâs really all I want. So yeah, Iâm Coco. Lover of snuggles, playtime, snackies and your new best friend for life.

Overview:
The American Pit Bull Terrier (APBT) is a robust and intelligent breed, originating in the United States from crossbreeding Old English Terriers and Old English Bulldogs for dog-fighting purposes. Physically, they are medium-sized, known for their muscular build, broad heads, and powerful jaws, typically weighing between 30-60 pounds. Their coats are short and come in a wide array of colors. Temperamentally, a well-socialized APBT is often described as loyal, affectionate, and people-oriented, displaying a playful and sometimes clownish demeanor. They can be excellent family companions, provided they receive consistent training and early socialization, though their high energy levels mean they thrive with active owners. While they can adapt to apartment living with sufficient exercise, a house with a secure yard is often preferred. Notable health considerations include a predisposition to hip and elbow dysplasia, allergies, and certain heart conditions.
