Bucky is a 2 y.o. 11 lb Shih Tzu mix. He was found as a stray. Bucky is a very sweet dog who did fine with meeting multiple other foster dogs. It looks like Bucky has had some neglect in life from his skin and coat condition. We are giving him care aimed at recovering a nice coat.
