Description
Dog Breed: Boxer. 10/1/2025 Baby III is an owner surrender looking for a new home Hi! My name is Baby III ! I am a 12 year old lovely white boxer girl that is an owner surrender due to my owner moving and no longer has space for me and my boxer sibling Moonshine, but we are not bonded and do not have to be adopted together. I am a proud member of the rescue's Silver Heart program so be sure and ask about it because there are great perks for my adoptive family! I am deaf and have a tumor on my right shoulder and right paw, but do not let that shy you away because I am a very sweet girl! I am described as friendly, shy, calm, affectionate, and nervous! I currently live with another dog and am said to be dog friendly! I currently live with two human kids (ages 3 and 5 years) and am fine with them! I am not a fan of cats so I need a cat free home please! I will need assistance with house and crate training in my forever home. I sleep inside and outside and if the humans must be away and I am left alone, I am good! When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates! I am a chill girl and do not care for roudiness or car rides. Some of my favorite things are bones and food! If you think I would make a great addition to your home, contact the rescue today and tell them you want to meet Silver Heart Baby III because I am waiting to meet you!

Overview:
The Boxer is a medium-sized, short-haired dog breed of German origin, known for its distinctive appearance and vibrant personality. Physically, Boxers possess a strong, athletic build with a characteristic square head, an undershot jaw, and often a docked tail and cropped ears (though these practices are becoming less common). Their short, glossy coat typically comes in fawn or brindle, often with white markings. Temperamentally, Boxers are renowned for being incredibly loyal, intelligent, and energetic, making them fantastic companions for active families. They thrive on human interaction and can be playful and patient with children, making them excellent family pets. While their energy levels require regular exercise, their adaptability means they can adjust to apartment living if their activity needs are consistently met. However, potential owners should be aware of certain health considerations, including a predisposition to some cancers, heart conditions like cardiomyopathy, and hip dysplasia, underscoring the importance of responsible breeding and regular veterinary check-ups.
