Dog Breed: German Shepherd Dog / Mixed. Scarlet is a beautiful 3-year-old German Shepherd who was surrendered to a shelter in Northern NJ and is now safe with Castle of Dreams. From the moment she arrived, Scarlet has shown what a special girl she is—already housebroken, eager to please, and quick to listen. She knows her basic commands, walks nicely on a leash, and has a natural instinct as a loyal watchdog. This sweet and affectionate girl loves to run, play with her toys, and romp with her foster siblings. She’s looking for an active home with German Shepherd or large-breed experience—one that will give her both the exercise she craves and the love she deserves. Scarlet came from an outdoor living situation, so she’s still learning what it means to be part of a family. With patience, consistency, and plenty of affection, she will absolutely flourish in a forever home. Scarlet is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. She’s ready to start her new life with someone who will cherish her.
