Dog Breed: Boxer. 10/5/2025 Cooper V is an owner surrender looking for a new home. Hi! My name is Cooper V! I am a handsome 9 month old flashy brindle boy that is an owner surrender due to my family unable to care for me and my puppy needs. I am described as friendly, shy, active, smart, noisy, playful, and affectionate! I haven't had any exposure to dogs outside of my home. I currently live with a 12-year-old chihuahua and I try to play with it, but it is scared of me due to my hyper and physical play style. I also live with a cat and because it doesn't come near me and has scratched me, I'd say the cat doesn't like me. I met two little 7 and 4 year old girls and played with them for the weekend and I did really well with them. I also got to play at a kennel for a weekend and I played in a common area with 4 or 5 other dogs and did well with them so I would say I am dog friendly. I am house trained but will need assistance with crate training manners if it is required in my forever home. I know basic commands and sleep on a pad on the floor in the human's bedroom. If the humans must be away and I am left alone, I get nervous and cry but have not been destructive. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates! I get scared of loud noises that startle me and brooms but some of my favorite things are riding in the car, learning how to play fetch with a large tennis ball, and plastic chew toys!
