Description
Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / German Shepherd Dog / Mixed (medium coat). Hey there! Iâm Buddah. Big dog, big heart, big appetite. I love being the center of attention. If someoneâs giving out pets, Iâm first in line. If you stop scratching my ears, donât worry; Iâll nudge your hand to remind you that Iâm not done yet. Iâve got a flair for fashion too. Hats, bandanas, sunglasses ...you name it, Iâll wear it. I know I look good, and when everyone laughs and tells me how handsome I am, my tail just canât stop wagging. When Iâm not busy looking fabulous, youâll find me stretched out in the sun, soaking up the warmth. Nothing beats that glow on my fur and a soft breeze in my face. Sometimes Iâll drift off and dream about my favorite thing in the world: food. I love food! Breakfast, snacks, dinner, second dinner. If itâs tasty, Iâm in. Eating to my heartâs content is one of lifeâs greatest joys, right up there with belly rubs and lazy afternoons with my people. Lifeâs simple when youâre me. Look good, get loved, nap in the sun, and never say no to a snack.

Breed overview
Overview:
The Sheprador, a popular crossbreed resulting from the union of a German Shepherd Dog and a Labrador Retriever, embodies many desirable traits from both parent breeds. Originating from designer breed efforts to combine the intelligence of the German Shepherd with the Labrador's friendly disposition, these dogs typically boast a medium to large build with a dense, weather-resistant coat that can range in color. Physically, they often exhibit the Shepherd’s strong bone structure and the Lab’s kind eyes. Temperamentally, Shepradors are generally intelligent, loyal, and trainable, making them excellent companions for active families. They thrive on human interaction and do best in homes with a yard, as their energy levels make apartment living challenging without significant daily exercise. While generally healthy, potential health considerations include hip and elbow dysplasia, common to both parent breeds, and eye conditions. Early socialization and consistent training are key to fostering a well-adjusted Sheprador.
