Description
Dog Breed: Bulldog / Mixed (short coat). Matilda is a about 6 years old and weighs 51 lbs. She was relinquished by her original owner in 2019. She was born with an eye problem and the breeder couldn’t sell her so they wanted to get rid of her. She has been living with the Sanctuary Director since 2020. They are not home much and she really needs somebody who will give her more attention. She needs to lose a few pounds but she is very friendly and outgoing. She is fine with other dogs and cats. She’s had 3 surgeries on her left eye, first two didn’t work so as a last ditch effort, on 9/22/25, they removed the eye and she is doing very well.
