Thorne is a 9-month-old Doberman (born around December 2024) who’s as sweet and innocent as they come. This handsome boy found his way to rescue through no fault of his own, as his previous owners simply had a busy schedule and wanted him to have the time and attention he deserves. Thorne loves everyone he meets, including kids (ages 10 and up), and has a heart that’s pure gold. He currently lives with another female dog and does well with cats as well! He’s got some crate training under his belt but has also been trusted to free roam the house. Thorne is still a puppy at heart, playful, curious, and learning about the world. He also loves to “hear his voice,” so expect some happy Doberman chatter now and then! Looking for a partner that is always by your side, even in those "intimate" moments? Someone who is willing to always check in and still finds the time to cuddle? Thorne is your guy! He is will so just about anything for a snack or even just a squeaky ball! His nose is top notch and top shelf ready! Be ready at night to share your blankets and your bed because Thorne wants to be with you! He would sleep on you if he could. Laps are also wonderful to sleep on! Our foster families are generally located within a 250 mile radius of Minneapolis, MN. All DRM dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, health checked, microchipped, 4DX tested, and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
