This adorable 6 year old neutered male basset hound is very good natured and gets along with everyone (not sure about cats). He loves children and is quite attached to the 9-year-old girl in his foster home. Being a social dog, he actively seeks attention from his people and wants to be with them as much as possible. Although it takes him a while to warm up to other dogs, once 'the ice is broken', he becomes a very active enthusiastic player. He would enjoy having a doggy buddy to keep him company when his family is away as he prefers not to be alone. He is housetrained, up-to-date on his vetting, and walks well on leash. Due to his size he is a strong dog with a large presence and being a classic basset, slobbering is a frequent occurrence. Is Oliver the basset hound for your family?
