Dulce #2 | 11-month-old Lab mix | The Sweetest Sidekick Meet Dulce, a 50-pound bundle of energy and affection who’s as playful as she is loving. This gorgeous brown Lab mix is full of personality and sweetness—true to her name! She’s still a puppy at heart, eager to learn and explore, and her zest for life shines through in everything she does. Dulce is doing well with her house training but is still working on consistency, especially in the mornings when she’s excited to start her day. She does fine when crated and settles down after some initial whining—especially if she has a treat-filled Kong to keep her busy. She’s still learning to be comfortable when left alone, so patience and routine will help her continue to grow in confidence. On walks, Dulce’s enthusiasm sometimes gets the best of her and she’ll pull a bit, but she’s a quick learner and improving every day. She already knows “sit” and “wait,” and with her love of food, toys, and praise, she’ll be eager to pick up new skills with consistent training. Dulce loves playing fetch, chewing on bones, and engaging in a good game of tug-of-war. She’s great with other dogs—adapting her play style to match theirs—and even does well around cats, though she sometimes mistakes their hissing for an invitation to play. She’s also shown positive interactions with children, calmly sniffing and exploring when she meets them. When the fun winds down, Dulce transforms into a cuddlebug who loves to rest her head on your lap or lie quietly at your feet. She would thrive in a home with another playful dog or an active family who enjoys walks, dog parks, and adventure. With love, guidance, and plenty of playtime, Dulce will grow into the loyal, affectionate companion you’ve been waiting for. Check out more photos of sweet Dulce here!
